| Cleaning the moly coated endplates and all the other
components is a long task. Quick look under the covers shows about
half the engine prepared for assembly. |

| Each component must be measured to ensure everything
goes together well. |

| Once all parts are cleaned and the stationary gears
bolted in, it's time to start assembling. First is the right rotor
and eccentric shaft gently lowered onto the right endplate. |
 |
| Followed by the right hand housing, then the three apex
seals |
 |
| Next, the intermediate plate followed by the left rotor |
 |
| Finally the left housing and apex seals |
 |
| And last but not least the lid - Left endplate |
 |
